So, I'm gonna change the way you watch anime... Forever! Why? Cause I said so!
Bwahaha, so what exactly am I going to do to your precious anime collection? Well the science goes something like this:
By using a complex algorithm developed in the depths of academy city utilizing the power of over 20,000 cloned brains and the tree diagram supercomputer...
Equations are as follows: (DO not MEMORIZE)
Now because of the clones used, we have to take into account several biological ideas, such as evolution, adaptation and of course how to dissect a rat. Also remember your GATE diagrams and assembler language and bingo, lets start the guide. (Note you will need a semi powerful, or recent computer to do this, I advise a Core i5 and some sort of dedicated graphics (Look for stickers saying i5 and NVDIA or ATI)
1.Firstly You will need SVP so download it from HERE

2. You then need to run the installer, click next, accept the agreement (sign your life away to me) Default install path should be fine, so next BUT...
Please select EXPERT interface, because you are that awesome!!!
3. Make sure that you tick these boxes and let it install itself it will install some additional programs to your computer
4. Open SVP Manager and Media Player Classic:
5. Open your Anime file in Media Player Classic (action scene, one with panning, or a OP are usually good to see the effect)
6. If you see this, you know everything is working correct
7. Annnnd! You are done! All you need to do now is enjoy your anime in all the smoothness you could ever desire.
After Story:
Now if you were wondering why you ticked expert in that box, well basically you can optimize the playback more for anime, follow this simple guide here
FAQ:
Q: It is really laggy, frames skip, tearing occurs, you broke my anime!
A: Your computer is not powerful enough or you are running too many programs in the background. To fix this, get a better computer.. well first try closing programs in the background like games and BOINC Manager. If that fails, try change some of you settings in SVP (double click the small circle with a triangle logo) and make all the bars go low. (the bars in the previous picture)
Q: How does it really work?
A: In simple terms it takes two frames from the anime, and draws a frame in between creating a faster frame rate, making motion look smoother, this is called motion interpolation. Artists could do this, but it would cost a lot more to make each episode of anime.
Films like the hobbit were also shot in higher frame rate. As for how the program works... Magic...
Q: It feels weird...
A: Well, everything new feels weird at first, but then you'll start to like it its so smooth... ahh...
